What happens when I get hired for unlimited coverage for a wedding day? LOTS of pictures. That’s what. Below you’ll find exactly 110 photos. And that’s just the blog post!
I shot a really, REALLY fun wedding last weekend for a couple from San Francisco. They got married at the beautiful Colorado Golf Club which served to be the perfect hitching post for this really cool couple.
With all these photos I am going to just dive into it! Meet the couple!
The day started off really fun – with the guys hitting some golf!
I promise you there was nothing posed about this photo. Kyle, the groom made an amazing put as his guys cheered him on. I repeat. Not posed. 😉
Everyone was hitting real nice.
And then suddenly…. I have never seen this before… This guy, on the second hole decides to hit a hole-in-one
Celebration ensues…
And in the hot summer sun, a well deserved beer shower! I love this reaction.
Nice Eagle!
Later, at their cottage, another groomsman entertains a toddler, and everyone else, too.
Father of the groom. As I was photographing this, he was telling me he was not ready to be photographed. ha.
What do you do when you are done golfing? You watch more on TV
Kyle’s dad has a tale of victory, too. Even the people on TV are impressed.
“Tournament down in Florida… I hooked my ball in the rough by the lake, and this alligator just popped up! Cut me down to my prime!”
“Well he got me… but I tore one of that bastard’s eyes out!”
Clouds were rolling in, but everyone kept their cool. This is the bride, flying in on her private jet.
Meanwhile the girls were not pouring beer on their heads. Still waiting for that one. But they were surrounded by beautiful details.
Sarah is getting done up!
In 2013, babies play with iPhones!
Some heartfelt words from Kyle
Everyone was getting a little sand in their eyes!
Christian Louboutin made a cameo appearance.
It’s about that time!
Both Kyle and Sarah’s moms are both very good looking and I mean that in the most non-creepy-photographer way.
Back at the man cave…
Kyle gets some advice from Sarah’s father.
And a note from the bride.
Suddenly, the father of the bride decided he needed to remind Kyle who the first man in Sarah’s life is. He is not going to take any monkey-business. Kyle drops to his knees showing his submissive side.
Butterflies.
Some people can’t go anywhere without their work these days. Just kidding. You’re actually looking at the grandparents who arrived via the World Wide Web! So cool!
My favorite time to take candid portraits of guests is while they are being seated!
I named the color of her hair: Delegant Peach (Delicious Elegant Peach). I mean that also in a non-creepy way (I’m married, don’t worry), but don’t you want to eat her hair? It looks like candy.
We are still being threatened by good luck. You know, if it rains on your wedding day, it’s good luck.
He arrives!
I think the sight of the flower girl got a little sand in this groomsman’s eyes.
Turns out she needed some help!
He sees something! What could it be?
It’s time to…
And another virtual guest chimes in to say hello.
Still not raining! Let’s hurry and get some pics!
Clouds made for an AWESOME backdrop!
Got a little artsy with this one.
Colorado Golf Club looking good, too.
Love this cake!
Kyle gets a smack of approval from FOB.

Headbanging by the ladies. See when you hire me to stay until the end, I get all sorts of good stuff.
Virtual jump-roping. “Ice cream, Soda pop, cherry on top,Who’s your best friend, let’s find out” (you know, jump rope rhymes)
They jumped in and out so convincingly.
The most sensible thing to do after a lot of drinking is to pass out flammable sticks.
This is where my job gets dangerous.
And that’s how the story goes. CONGRATS, Sarah and Kyle!!! Thanks for having me, that was a BLAST!
